Environmental Policy

The Patient Project Ltd is a private limited UK company, based in Chiswick, UK. We provide consulting services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other healthcare sectors including not-for-profit organisations.

Through our environmental policy we wish to communicate that The Patient Project Ltd team are committed to running the business in such a way that will, as far as possible, prevent pollution and support environmental protection. This will be achieved by being aware of and implementing as far as possible the use of sustainable resources, to mitigate and/or offset our effect on climate change and to protect biodiversity by the elimination or minimisation of waste and pollution, with due regard to all legislation, consents & controls

The Patient Project Ltd operates as a ‘virtual’ agency with employees working remotely from home offices. The team are aware of our collective and any individual responsibilities for, and commitment to, acting in accordance with The Patient Project Ltd Environmental Policy. We ensure that where possible, our staff source their energy for their home offices from renewable energy suppliers. We ensure that our staff and customers understand and make the most of virtual interactions to reduce travel but where our staff are required to travel, we ensure our business carbon emissions are offset.

In determining the scope of our environmental policy, we have considered our compliance obligations, the needs and expectations of our stakeholders and the context of our organisation, which are detailed above. This policy is communicated to all staff, suppliers, sub-contractors and all other interested parties (i.e. clients, stakeholders etc.). We want our goals in respect of the environment to be shared as far as possible, and for everyone who deals with us to be aware of them. Signed for on behalf of The Patient Project Ltd.
